Stadium Assemblies are able to manufacture Hook and Loop products using:- Cutting - Hot or Cold - Materials supplied to specific lengths. Kiss and Die Cutting - This can be applied to productions runs both big and small Perforating - examples of this can be found in the products page Slitting - Strips can be cut from 4inch wide raw material to any width the customer needs. If you complete the requirements form, we will contact you to discuss your Hook and Loop needs. Ultrasonic Welding - We can use this technique to attach buckles etc. Examples of the welds can be seen here. Sewing - We can sew in seams to our products. Examples of this can be found here. Custom Strap and Fastening Manufacture - Using a combination of the above techniques, we can manufacture straps and fastenings to your requirements.
